Extracurricular Spanish Studies

dscf3682If you live in the U.S., you may have heard that there’s a presidential election going on. It’s rather hard to miss these days.

Oh, I’m in my second year of Spanish. I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned that before, but now I have. Anyway, back to the article!

Today was voting day, and after voting, my parents received little stickers that said “I voted” in both English and Spanish. I’m not sure why it was in both languages. But at least if nothing else good comes from this election cycle, I can say that I have now learned the Spanish translation for the infinitive “to vote.” That makes it all worth it, right?
