Where Do City Buses Go When They’re Not In Use?

Sometimes on long drives, random thoughts are induced and more random thoughts follow… the kind of thoughts that one thinks of later.

“Gee, why did I think of that?”

It’s just what happens during these kinds of drives. Don’t worry about it.

Anyway, one such thought occurred to Dink upon seeing a city bus driving down the road alongside him as he was commuting to class.

He realized that although a lot filled with not-in-use school buses is a fairly common sight, he had never seen a lot filled with not-in-use city buses; it’s like they just disappear when they’re not being used. Around here, they definitely do not run 24/7, so they must be parked somewhere.

I searched the internet to find out where city buses go when they are not being used, but I couldn’t find anything definitive. Does anyone out there know where the buses go?!

In lots out of sight! (I know that sounds obvious) haha. I have a family member that works on them.
