How About a Cold Shower?

As uncomfortable as they feel (in my experience), cold showers do provide a lot of health benefits. The only problem is, who really likes the thought of spraying their body with cold water, especially in wintertime, but pretty much any time (except for maybe in the summer if you’re at a beach).

After reading about all the health benefits in this article, though, I’m thinking maybe I’ll have to start taking the occasional cold shower!

By the way, I’m going to start taking approximately 2 cold showers a week, so after a while I will write a follow-up article and tell you what I think. Some people in our family think it is just way too brutal, especially considering how cold our home gets upstairs where the showers are. They might be right. We’ll see 🙂
