Natural Creamy Smucker’s Peanut Butter Review

We learned recently that not all peanut butter is naturally creamy and ready to eat. We heard that for some peanut butter, the oil gets separated from the peanut paste, and that you have to mix it in order for it to be edible. We then looked around and eventually bought Smucker’s Natural Creamy Peanut Butter. For this brand of peanut butter, you have to mix the oil in with the paste. It is actually not natural for the peanut butter to be all mixed together for you. The companies put something into the peanut butter that makes it stick together. But since this peanut butter is natural and doesn’t have that, you have to mix it.

Though it does say Creamy on the jar, I thought the texture was a bit more grainy than creamy JIF or Skippy peanut butter. I also thought that it was a little more salty. Since they did not put much sugar into this, it is not too sweet, but still very tasty. This peanut butter is “stickier” than the kind we are used to and you will definitely need something to drink while eating it. We took a picture of the nutrition facts so you can see what is in this peanut butter if you want to.

The product itself is great. Some of us like to just spread this peanut butter on a piece of bread about 1/4″ thick and eat it with some soup for a full meal. On a scale from one to ten, I would rate it a ten, Dink would rate it an 8, and Niles would rate it a 7. This product is definitely cheaper if you get it from a physical store, but if you don’t want to drive out to a store and pick it up, you can buy it here.

I’ll take your word for it – I don’t like peanut butter!
